What are your office hours?
Our leasing team is available Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Appointments outside of these hours may be available upon request. We do not have an office onsite, please call or email for prompt assistance.
How do I apply for an apartment?
Once you have been able to tour the property, our staff will provide you with a link to apply.
Is there an application fee or deposit?
Yes. You will be provided with a link to pay the application fee at the time you apply. a refundable security deposit is required at the time of move in. Exact amounts may vary — please contact our leasing office.
When is rent due, and how can I pay it?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Residents can easily make payments through our secure online resident portal.
Do you offer short-term leases?
Lease terms vary depending on availability. Please contact the leasing team to discuss current options.
What utilities are included in rent?
Residents are responsible for utilities such as electricity, gas, water, sewer, and trash.
Do you require renters insurance?
Yes. Proof of renters insurance is required prior to move-in and must be maintained throughout the lease term.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Maintenance requests can be submitted anytime through the resident portal. For after-hours emergencies, please call our emergency maintenance line provided at move-in.
What is considered an emergency maintenance issue?
Examples include no heat in winter, active flooding, gas leaks, or major electrical issues.
Non-urgent requests (like dripping faucets or minor repairs) will be handled during regular business hours.
Is parking available?
Yes. All homes include a garage. Street parking and limited guest parking is available throughout the community.
What is the parking policy?
We ask residents to keep parking areas neat and orderly to ensure safety and accessibility for all. Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
What should I do before moving in?
Please confirm your renters insurance, set up utilities in your name, and schedule your move-in time with our leasing team.
How do I schedule a move-out inspection?
Contact the management office at least two weeks prior to your move-out date to schedule your final inspection and review your move-out checklist.
When will I receive my security deposit refund?
Security deposits are processed within 60 days after move-out in accordance with Colorado law, minus any approved charges for damages or unpaid balances.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We love pets at Iron Works Village. We allow dogs and cats with prior approval, a one-time refundable pet deposit of $300, and monthly pet rent of $35 per apartment will be due at move in. Certain breed restrictions apply, please contact the leasing office for details.
Is there a pet area or walking space?
Absolutely. Our community is walkable and close to nearby trails and green spaces perfect for your furry friends.
